MODULE 01 - HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Specific Objective
The training course presented below aims to provide employees with human development, by developing their personal skills, where people management is directed towards performance and the results obtained through good team relations, improved communications, and the motivation and commitment of everyone, in order to generate improved levels of satisfaction, talent retention and increased productivity.

Target Public
All Unit employees are able to take part in this Module.

Program Content

• Human Relationships (ME WITH MYSELF, ME WITH OTHERS, managing conflicts);
• Communication (concepts, knowing how to listen and knowing how to inform, the importance of communication in the work development process);
• Basics of Ethics and Citizenship (rights and obligations in human relationships, ethical behavior);
• Personal Hygiene (the necessary care to be taken with body hygiene, working clothes, and the working environment, and the basic rules for a good personal appearance);
• Motivation and Commitment (human needs, managing your own performance, positive mental attitudes);
• Knowing the "Business" (the company's mission and values, strategic objectives).
