MODULE 03 - DIAGNOSIS AND EVALUATION OF LEADER PROFILES

Specific Objective
Carrying out a diagnosis and evaluation of the competences, skills, behavior and attitudes of leaders with the objective of identifying where improvements are necessary to develop their performance, relationships and critical factors for these people to achieve results (self-evaluation, team development, team evaluation and the decision-making process).

Program Content
All professionals involved in the productive process.

• Introductory meeting (to explain the objectives and the results expected);
• Filling in questionnaires / forms / tests;
• Drawing up a leadership profile:
  - How I see myself as a leader;
  - How my boss sees me;
  - How my peers see me;
  - How the leaders see me;
• Individual interview;
• Individual profile feedback;
• The seven challenges of the new leader;
• Preparation of a self-development plan;
• Presentation of a report with the profiles and the action plan for improvements, to the Industrial Management.
