MODULE 07 - 5S PROGRAM
Objective
To enable participants to implement the 5S Program, by understanding the concepts and recognizing that it is a method for necessary changes in the development of the quality environment.
Characteristics
The training course gives the participant an understanding of the five senses - sort, systematize, sweep, standardize and self-discipline - and about the implementation process, through the development of a global and sectoral planning exercise in the program.

All professionals involved in the productive process.
Program Content
- 5S - Quality Concept tool;
- Why use it? Why use it?
- The meaning of each S - SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU and SHITSUKE;
- Using 5S in the Working Environment;
- Drawing up an Action Plan for Using 5S in Production;
- Simulating the Introduction of 5S in a Pilot Area.
Expected results: Improved quality of life for the employees and the organization, and personal cleanliness and that of the working environment.
